The burning questions
One of the techniques used by Michael in the training courses he is giving us in the academy. I think it's a good technique to apply in our classes so sts. (especially the shy ones) are encouraged to write questions on small cards and stick them on the wall(without names) Such questions you can't ignore and need to answer (to extinguish the fire)
